Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Cairo and Giza usually arrive in 1–2 days, and other governorates within 2–4 days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over EGP 1,500. For smaller orders a flat EGP 60 shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if they have a manufacturing fault.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our formulas are gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. We always recommend a 24-hour patch test before first use, and checking the ingredient list if you have known allergies.
