1. About us

Jamila Beauty is a beauty and personal-care brand based in New Cairo, Egypt. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to describe every product accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

3. Orders

An order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm details, and we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if information is incomplete, or if we suspect misuse. If we cancel, any amount paid for that order will be refunded.

4. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. Payment instructions for InstaPay are shared by our team after your order is confirmed. We do not store card numbers on this website.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and fees are explained on our Shipping & Returns page. Delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control may occur.

6. Returns

Our returns and exchange rules are set out on the Shipping & Returns page. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot normally be returned unless faulty.

7. Intellectual property

The Jamila Beauty name, logo, product imagery and website content are owned by or licensed to Jamila Beauty and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, submit false information, or interfere with its normal operation.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Always patch-test new cosmetic products and stop use if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent Egyptian courts.
